LRC Rules for On-Site Use

  1. Stay home if sick. Anyone who is sick, or believes they may be sick, should stay home. Please cancel your reservation, contact your supervisor, and notify USU Occupational Health (301) 295-9444. 
  2. *Face coverings. Follow current masking guidance issued by USU and NSAB.
  3. *Physical distancing and hygiene. Follow current physical distancing, hygiene, and occupancy guidance issued by USU and NSAB.
    • LRC Staff will comply with social distancing rules during patron interactions.
  4. Cleaning supplies. The LRC will provide hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, and cleaning sprays. Please notify LRC staff if supplies need to be re-stocked.
  5. Phone calls are permitted outside the LRC and on the 2nd floor patio.
  6. Personal items. Take personal items with you when you leave the LRC.
  7. The LRC Patio will be unlocked during staffed hours (except during inclement weather).

USU and DoD COVID-19 Guidance

As of 2022-03-02: Per NSAB and USU leadership, masks are optional (no longer required) on campus (except in certain clinical settings).

CAC Registration for Door Access

Use a registered CAC to enter or exit the LRC during unstaffed hours. 

To register your CAC:

  • Where: Building B, Ground Level (USU Security Concierge Desk / USU Welcome Center)
  • When: Mondays - Fridays (0730-1900)
