Enhance your Google Scholar search results with "Check USU Availability" links!
Once you complete the setup, Google Scholar will display "Check USU Availability" links next to some search results. These links will attempt to find the material in question through the LRC's PowerSearch discovery tool. Click on a "Check USU Availability" link to go to PowerSearch.
Once at PowerSearch, you may need to Sign In. Do so using your USU Single Sign On (USU-SSO) account.
From there, will be able to click on link(s) to full text if the material is available through the LRC.
If the material is not available through the LRC, you will be able to click on a link to submit an interlibrary loan (ILL) request form. The ILL link will auto-populate the request form with the article's information so you don't have to type it in yourself.
To enable "Check USU Availability" links for Google Scholar:
At the Library Links section of the Settings page, you may have up to five (5) libraries selected. So, you may elect to choose USU and up to four other library links.
NOTE: If you had any other "Uniformed Services University" or "USU" entries selected, please uncheck those boxes and then save. Those are obsolete entries which are no longer operational. In early 2021, USUHS LRC transitioned to a new link resolver. Please only use one of the two entries indicated in Step 6 above.
