Through 31 August 2023, the LRC has a BMJ Case Reports fellowship which allows billeted USU community members to submit an unlimited number of cases to BMJ Case Reports and provides a discount to make those case reports Open Access. To submit contact lrc.ref@usuhs.edu for the Institutional Fellowship Code.
The LRC provides third party submitter service to help authors comply with the NIH Public Access Policy to all USUHS NIH-funded authors.
The LRC will submit your manuscript to PubMed Central (PMC). Before the LRC can post your manuscript we will need confirmation that you retained the right to comply with the NIH policy in the form of a signed publisher copyright form or a publisher statement on the NIH policy.

After submission, the PI will receive an e-mail from NIH requesting approval of the submission. The LRC will send the PI the NIHMS reference number for use on NIH progress reports and the PubMed Central Reference Number (PMCID) when it becomes available.
