Please follow the steps below to register for access to LRC resources.

In order to access the LRC website, you must have a USU Single Sign On (USU-SSO) account.
To Register for a USU-SSO account, use the link below to access the USUHS Service Desk's USU-SSO Account Registration form (a.k.a. Account Request Application (ARA)).
Alternatively, e-mail email@example.com to request assistance with your USU-SSO account.
If you have a current @usuhs.edu email address, you already have a USU-SSO account.
Once you have a USU-SSO account, proceed to Step 2.
In addition to a USU-SSO account, you must have an LRC account and your LRC account must be linked to your USU-SSO account.
Once you have a USU-SSO account, complete the LRC New User Form (link below) to notify the LRC. We will set up your LRC account and link it to your USU-SSO account. This process may take one business day.
Optional. If you were issued an in-processing form instructing you to visit the USU Learning Resource Center (LRC) for a signature, you have two options.
Option A: Electronic Form
If you have an electronic form, please email the form to LRC.REF@USUHS.EDU. LRC staff will digitally sign the form and return the signed copy to you.
Option B: Paper Form
If you have a paper form, please bring the form to the LRC Circulation Desk for staff to sign.
Optional. If you require physical access to the LRC space (USU Building D) outside of our staffed hours, please register your CAC for the LRC front door.
Each time you are issued a new CAC, you must re-register your new CAC with USU Security.
