The DHA Virtual Medical Library offers OpenAthens as a method to access resources remotely:

OpenAthens provides remote or off-network access to library resources. OpenAthens also allows access to resources for users at their military treatment facility who still experience problems connecting to resources. There are different OpenAthens accounts based on facility location. There are different eligibility requirements for each location.

USU does not use or administer the OpenAthens system.
