Registration for a personal UpToDate account is required in order to:
1. Visit the UpToDate LRC Link [Main] (above).
2. At the UpToDate website, click on the Register button in the upper right.
3. Fill out the registration form.
NOTE: if you already have a personal UpToDate account (from a prior subscription you maintained yourself or from another institution), click the blue log in link instead of proceeding with the registration form. This will retain all of your existing CME/CE/CPD records.
4. Click Submit Registration at the bottom of the form.
5. Upon completion of this registration process, you will receive a confirmation email from UpToDate with instructions on downloading the Mobile App. From now on, use the Username and Password you selected to Log In on the UpToDate website.
